I'm Home.........physically anyway

Saturday, July 05, 2008

I'm home and I'm finally unpacked. I just looked at the date of my last post and just about croaked. I have been doing SO MUCH since then. I will share some of my vacation photos, new puppy photos and some NEW tutorials here over the next few days (hopefully hours...*grin)
I've decided to do a vacation book, so I'm sure I will be adding more cutting files to my store site too.
And JUST IN CASE, that isn't enough, I'm working on Volume 2 of Kloriginal Designs CD, to be released at CHA in about 2 1/2 weeks....PLUS, Sunday night, it will be LIVE VIDEO class night. I don't know what the 'class' is about yet, so if you have anything you would like to know specifically, let me know.

Welcome back klo!!! We missed you lots!!! How about some tutorials/files on either using the drawing tools and creating your own images?? Or how to determine what pressure/blade thickness to use?

Welcome back and congrats on the new CD! Will it have all file types, like your last one? Will we be able to purchase it through your store?
Blessings,
Deb

Hay there klo,
First I have to say that i love your website! I bought my inspiration in March or April (something like that) and I was lost! But thanks to your site I have come to know my machine a little better!! Anyways I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on word books, I see them everywhere and I know that this machine can do it! If you can that would be great!! Thanks so much. Patricia :o)

Hello Klo,

I took a class from you at the Chantilly convention and am determined to start using my Pazzles. You are a great teacher and I know if I just break through that initial fright, I will use my machine for every scrapbook page I do. I have two suggestions for future Sunday video classes. First, I am still intimidated by how to determine the right pressure setting for cutting. I have set my blade at 2.5 as you suggested - but where do you go from there? Second,
sometimes I like my titles to consist of individual letters with each letter having its own shadow. (Like I was using my old Quickutz handheld diecutter.) When I try to do this I seem to get fill rather than an a outline on my screen and if I try to do a second shadow things get really messy.

Anyway, my hope is to bring a completed layout to show you at the CKC in Charlotte. Thanks for being there for all of us!

Welcome back and hope you get time to rest a bit before you are off and running again. Congrats on the new CD and of course, I will have to buy it... can't wait. I bought your first one at the Novi show and love it. Thanks for all you do.
