Cutting File for Mother's Day

Sunday, April 26, 2009

For those of you who are mothers, have a mother, know a mother or act like a mother, I decided to make a quick file that can be used for a card front or as a title on a page since I was unable to have a Sunday night class. I apologize that I only have it in the wpc, dxf and ai formats. I don't have access to my other conversion programs on this computer (my laptop) yet, so I can't convert them for you. But they are all ready to convert. Click HERE for file.

Cutting with Chris in Idaho

Monday, April 20, 2009

I'm in Idaho with Chris (the wonderful lady that introduced electronic die cutting to the crafting industry and owner of Pazzles). I'm staying at her house tonight before I take off to go see my new grandbaby that will be here on Tuesday, April 21.

Anyway, we are here playing and learning and having fun with our Pazzles, and decided we wanted to share a FREE FILE with everyone tonight. Chris did the butterfly and the title is one that I created while teaching Erm (my mother in law) how to use her Pazzles.

My apologies that it is only in wpc, ai and dxf formats. I don't have my other programs on this computer to convert over for you if you have other cutting software.

Tired Bunny

Friday, April 10, 2009

Okay, so I saw this bunny online some where and it just cracked me up. It looks like it's saying, "Happy Freakin' Easter....where are the eggs?" Anyway, I just had to share him with you. I made him bigger to go on my wall, but he would make a really cute piece on a layout or a card. Enjoy!!!

Here is a request from Debra. She wanted a large splat for a page. Click HERE for the file.

For my new Grandson

You may or may not know that I will be having grandchild #8 on April 21. He will be my oldest son, Sam's, first biological son, so it is pretty awesome.

Sam left for boot camp on March 17. It was a hard decision, but one that he knew he needed to do to help take care of his family and serve his country. He will end up missing the birth of his son, (ironically, his father missed his birth almost 26 years ago, because he had to report to a new job too)

Anyway, I will be there when the baby is born and I'm going to be taking photos and chronicling his birth for Sam. I'm trying to have the book ready for photos on the day of Kelton's birth, so that I can overnight it to Sam and he can be a part of it too. I'm doing an 8 x 8 book and this is the first page. I want to share some files that I am creating for that

Paper Mats...or whatever they are called....

I am finally starting to work on my family trip to Yellowstone last summer. So I'm going to be sharing files as I go. This first page is going to be my title page...but with the trend of paper cut in cool shapes for a background, I decided to create and design some and will be sharing them with you. Here is the first one. I names it Bracket Paper..........OOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHH, AAAAAAAAHHHHHH...pretty profound name and apparently spent HOURS coming up with that name....hehehehehe.

Anyway, click HERE and you can download your own file.

Easters on its way.....

Tuesday, April 07, 2009

I just love Easter...with the bunnies, flowers, eggs, etc...I guess that means I love Spring too....

Anyway, Shannon (my original stalker) sent this cute file and had some questions about it. I asked her if she would mind if I turned it into a paper piecing file and she said...YES...thanks Shannon.

I'm going to share it with all of you too. Just click HERE to get your free cutting file.
