Yeh! I lost 8 in 10 days by eliminating gluten. Not much more to go.

Good job! I, too, am a weight watcher. :-)
You've inspired me! I just read your original post yesterday and I have vowed to start exercising myself. I got on my treadmill yesterday and walked a mile and a half. I haven't gotten the gumption to post any pictures on my blog yet, but I might. Good job, good luck and thank you!
