I just wanted to check in, since the last time I did an update, I have lost another 9 lbs. I will be doing another photo (the horror...*grin) about July 1. Thank you so much for all of the great emails and support. You all are AWESOME

The older we get the harder it is (as least to me) so super Congratulations!!! I have 50+ pounds to lose myself and cannot seem to get truly motivated to keep it up! Kudos to you!!!
